George Clooney, David and Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss and Simon Cowell are among A-listers who've pledged their support for a new charity set up to raise awareness for women suffering from postnatal depression.

The Samantha Abbott Trust, set up by Simon Abbott in memory of his sister Samantha, plans to set a new world record for Fastest 1 Million Followers on Twitter on April 26, with the OneMillionMums profile going active. A charity fashion show is to be held later this year, with donations from stars including Usain Bolt, Russell Brand, Lily Allen and Naomi Campbell.
